ELM Real Estate Photography's moto is 'You Do What You Do Best & We Will Handle The Rest' and with good reason. Your job as the Real Estate Broker is to attend to your buyers and sellers. As a professional real estate photographer my job is to help you sell your listings faster and for more.
As the only dedicated Real Estate Photographer in the region my goal is to focus 100% on what you, your sellers, and potential buyers need. I have worked in Real Estate, in one form or another, for nearly 20 years with the last 8 years being a Real Estate Photographer.
Not only do you get professional service, you get a photographer that truly loves what they do and that takes extreme pride in knowing that selling a home is a huge deal. Every property I shoot is treated with the utmost respect, whether it's a $100k or $1 Million property, that listing is someone's home. I will always do an initial walk through to ensure everything is ready to go, moving and hiding any items that may distract from creating the best possible image.
The images you receive will always represent the property accurately. The colors and perspective are true to what buyers will see when they walk through the front door.

Hi, I’m Carolyn – the eye behind the lens at ELM Real Estate Photography. With over a decade of experience in real estate photography and more than 20 years in the real estate industry, I know what makes a property sell — and how to make it shine through a lens.
I’m based in beautiful Western Massachusetts, but my camera and I travel all over New England, partnering with Realtors who want their listings to stand out in a crowded market. Whether it’s a charming farmhouse in the Berkshires, a sleek Boston condo, or anything in between, I bring an expert’s eye and a photographer’s finesse to every shoot.
Having lived and worked in both the real estate and photography worlds, I understand what buyers are looking for and what agents need. That unique combo lets me capture each space in a way that’s not just stunning, but strategic.
My mission? To make your listings irresistible, your clients thrilled, and your job easier.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll probably find me chasing golden hour, mentally rearranging furniture, or getting way too excited about before-and-afters.
