Hi, I’m Carolyn, the eye behind the lens at ELM Real Estate Photography. With over a decade of experience in real estate photography and more than 20 years in the real estate industry, I know what makes a property sell and how to make every space shine.
I’m based in beautiful Western Massachusetts, but my camera and I travel all over New England partnering with Realtors who want their listings to stand out. Whether it’s a charming farmhouse in the Berkshires, a sleek Boston condo, or anything in between, I bring both an expert’s eye and a photographer’s finesse to every shoot. Having worked in real estate in one form or another for more than 20 years, I understand what buyers are looking for and what agents need, allowing me to capture listings in a way that is not just stunning, but strategic.
When the camera is down, my life is all about family, movement, and adventure.
I’m a proud mom to twins who just started high school, so life at home is always full of energy. When I’m not running my business, you’ll usually find me out on the field coaching youth softball or empowering young athletes through Girls on the Run. I love the momentum of coaching and helping kids build confidence, resilience, and teamwork.
With family spread out all over the world, traveling is a huge part of our lives. We love packing up for new adventures, catching up with loved ones across the globe, and exploring new places together. That passion for discovery carries right over into my work, where I’m always excited to explore new towns and neighborhoods across New England.
