ELM Real Estate Photography's moto is 'You Do What You Do Best & We Will Handle The Rest' and with good reason. Your job as the Real Estate Broker is to attend to your buyers and sellers. As a professional real estate photographer my job is to help you sell your listings faster and for more.

As the only dedicated Real Estate Photographer in the region my goal is to focus 100% on what you, your sellers, and potential buyers need. I have worked in Real Estate, in one form or another, for nearly 20 years with the last 8 years being a Real Estate Photographer.

Not only do you get professional service, you get a photographer that truly loves what they do and that takes extreme pride in knowing that selling a home is a huge deal. Every property I shoot is treated with the utmost respect, whether it's a $100k or $1 Million property, that listing is someone's home. I will always do an initial walk through to ensure everything is ready to go, moving and hiding any items that may distract from creating the best possible image.

The images you receive will always represent the property accurately. The colors and perspective are true to what buyers will see when they walk through the front door.

MEET THE PHOTOGRAPHER

Hi, I'm Carolyn Ferros, founder and principal photographer of ELM Real Estate Photography. I recently relocated to Western Massachusetts from the St Louis metro area, bringing over 6 years of Professional Real Estate Photography experience with me. Professional Real Estate Photography is my full time job, only second to raising my twin daughters, so my focus in 100% on Real Estate and everything that goes along with it.

I have over 15 years of experience in all things real estate so I'm fluent in the processes that agents and lenders go through. In 2005 I started working for a real estate broker as a receptionist, moving on to work for a mortgage company as a loan processor, finally returning to real estate as a secretary. While working I returned to higher education to receive my degree in Web Design. Working as the secretary for a large Real Estate Broker in the St Louis metro area provided me the opportunity to view and work with thousands of images of local real estate. I quickly realized there was a need for something better and in 2011 I left working in the corporate world to start my first company, CP Creations, and to raise my twin daughters. Using my connections and background in Real Estate I was able to build and grow CP Creations.

I hope to continue that success with ELM Real Estate Photography in Western Massachusetts and beyond.
